REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years’ proven IT experience delivering operations support services

- 1+ years’ experience working in a customer centric environment

- Matric Certificate

- IT Diploma/ Degree (advantageous)

- SAP FI/CO / MM / SD experience (advantageous)

- Agile methodology exposure (advantageous)

- General proficiency with tools and procedures required to accomplish the job

- Incident Management (IM)

- IT Service Management (ITSM)

- OPS Advanced Training

- OPS Basic Training

- Problem Management (PM)

- Translation of incidents and documents into English from German and vice versa

- South African citizens only

 

ROLE TASKS

- Translate German communication on ITSM to allow Ops investigate

- Translate German documentation for ease of understanding to the entire Dev Ops team

- Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users

- Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management)

- Perform daily operations tasks (Monthly Reporting) and end user support

- Creation of pertinent test documentation

- Enable end user knowledge transfer and training

- You will work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger mixed feature team

- You will be part of a team who is following an agile approach

- Employing the full project life cycle, you will be required to support the team during the upcoming test phases as well as the upcoming go live

- Support with Go Live preparation and support during Go Live (could be on weekends, late evenings)

- Support the customer within the hyper care phase

- Incident analysing and fixing

- Requirement to skill up:

- Understanding of the template solution

- Company specific knowledge (ITPM, HP ALM, ITSM,

Jira and Confluence)
