Requirements

- 7 to 10 years recruitment experience.

- Experience must include recruiting for the IT industry.

- An HR qualification and/or background is advantageous.

- Knowledge of the IT industry.

- Head hunting and executive search experience.

- Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry.

- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Keen attention to detail.

- Efficient in process execution.

- Working with job specs received from clients.

- Understanding clients in order to provide high calibre candidates.

- Sourcing candidates through job platforms.

- Headhunting and executive search.

- Screening and short-listing quality candidates.

- Interviewing and shortlisting top candidates.

- Negotiating offers with candidates.

- Tracking placements and on-boarding.

- Building a referral network.

- Continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
